Mangoes vs. Peaches

Both produce of dark-wooded trees.
I say: succulent, sap-filled.

Introduce: crushed ice, clear syrup, summer’s glass
          bowl ringing with the heat –

Say: fibrous, lush, yellow
          yellow meat

Blindfolded ready tongue
would think they are one –

          at the center of either,
          the identifying stone.
